This session is for those clients who need maintenance and are short on time. This session targets the areas of the body that maybe causing tension due to over exertion, injury, or increased stress. This is great in between monthly sessions. This session allows more time for massage therapy, as well as extras such as cupping, hot stone, minimal stretching, and minimal lymphatic work.
Short on time, but need a quick pick me up? This 20 minute session is for you. Schedule before work, during lunch, or before going home. This is a full -body session that uses the Medi-cupping machine to pull on your skin by using a suction cup.
