I have tried several times unsuccessfully to delete my profile because I am no longer interested in using the site. However they keep giving me the runaround. I followed their instructions and permanently deleted the profile.
I never logged into the account after I deleted it. I waited the 30 days but I keep getting emails with matches. Tech support keeps telling me that I'm logging into the account before the 30 days are up BUT I haven't done that and I can't seem to get anywhere with them. It's a horrible company!! I do not recommend them at all.
