We greatly appreciated their up-front pricing information on the website, which made it relatively easy to figure out what would be within our budget before we reached out. If you are renting candlesticks and hurricane sleeves, I definitely recommend paying the cleaning fee. A LOT of work goes into cleaning those or replacing them, if they crack due to the heat from the flame.
It was so nice not having to worry about cleaning everything after the wedding! We rented green glassware, candlesticks, and hurricane sleeves, which looked beautiful. We were really happy with how everything came together, and definitely recommend from Relics! When we found out that the vendor that we rented tables from was just not showing up to weddings that he was contracted for with only 3 weeks before the wedding we contacted Relics and they provided everything we needed very quickly and and a great price!
Excellent communication and perfect pieces! I recommend them very highly! My experience with Relics Rentals was fantastic! We got married in Chicago and decided we wanted some lounge seating at the last minute, but all Chicago vendors were booked. Enter Mary from Relics, who literally took me shopping through their warehouse via video call. Miraculously, all the pieces I had on my wishlist were available! A special request made my wedding stand out from the rest. Thank you for going thru the hassle of count the darker blue, not bright blue, glasses!!!
