Due to the unique nature of our service, we may not be able to answer right away. Please leave a message. We are a single veterinarian practice, and cannot guarantee same day appointments. Housecalls will be performed as our schedule permits. We are not a full diagnostic or emergency clinic. If we feel your pet needs more care than we can provide, or if they are not responding properly to the symptomatic treatment we have already provided, we will refer you to a full service facility.
An in-depth doctor consultation with question and answer session is included, and a standard exam fee will apply. We can provide symptomatic treatment for minor urgent conditions in your space or in our van, as appropriate. Lower cost vaccine services are done a la carte. There is no exam fee, but the regular housecall fee still applies. Services will be performed in our van, and a brief 5 minute consultation with the doctor is included. We know how difficult this decision can be, and we do everything we can to try to mitigate the stress for all involved.
