Founded in Rotterdam Terror Corps can be called one of the hardcore live act pioneers. DJ Distortion, the initiator of the infamous group conceived of a concept more dark and powerful than the prevailing Happy Hardcore sound.
From this Rotterdam Terror Corps was born. The act consisting of DJ Distortion, a MC and two fire breathing exotic dancers has been the standard in the European hardcore scene since He is the main producer of all tracks but also did a lot of cooperations with other artists. With more than a live acts and DJ bookings in the last 25 years people have worldwide experienced the awesome power of RTC. The album was a Hardtunes number 1 for almost 10 days in a row. The worldwide tour continues with a highlight in and touring in the USA.
Also in RTC played at Qbase for the first time. In RTC celebrates the 25 year anniversary with a huge party at the Peppermill in Holland, where the band did one of their first parties almost 25 years ago. During the covid years RTC celebrated 25 years of Megarave Records with a special picture disc on vinyl and recorded various tracks with Rob Gee.
It was a collaboration between the church and RTC with the beautiful organ of the church that served as a common thread during the event. The event in the beautiful active church had caused quite a stir nationally. A nice detail is that the lead actor wears an RTC bomber for almost the entire film. George Ruseler aka dj Distortion was advisor for this movie and helped out the set builder with original RTC decoration from the 90ies.
