This is a mobile ticket-only event which means there are no paper or electronic PDF tickets, as the tickets cannot be added to the wallet. Your phone is your ticket using the Ticketmaster App or via Ticketmaster. We recommend viewing your ticket in the app before arriving at the venue to avoid internet connectivity issues that may arise onsite.
All tickets feature a unique QR code and everyone entering the venue require a ticket. Re-admission is not allowed. Screenshots of the QR code will not be accepted. Please enter the stadium via the entrance stated on your ticket. Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for this event. Do not buy tickets from unauthorised resellers — as these tickets are liable to fakes and will not grant you entry.
We remind you that this is a sold-out show. Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done right from the Ticketmaster app. Transfers will only be available 72 hours before the show date.
Customers are advised to travel via the free park and ride shuttle bus service from various locations in Abu Dhabi and Expo City Dubai. At the end of the show, free shuttles will return to the park and ride locations. There are limited parking spots in each park and ride location.
