I offer Craniosacral therapy, and Integrative Massage therapy. My goal is to help people live physically functional and comfortable lives. I have benefited greatly from various forms of bodywork and hands-on healing throughout my life, and I want to share these benefits with the world. I am a lifelong believer that regular bodywork heals both body and soul, and that we all deserve to live at our highest potential with ease and vitality. When I moved back to Boulder in , I enrolled in a hr Shiatsu program where I learned the foundation for the bodywork style I practice today.
I graduated from massage school in , having studied both Thai massage and various table techniques. I currently have over hours of training in Craniosacral therapy alone, and will continue to study, as this modality is truly changing my world.
A typical session with me will include both subtle energetic work, and the physical manipulation of muscles and joints. Pressure levels are adapted to fit the needs and desires of the client, their current concerns, and their past injuries. No two sessions are ever the same. Growing up in Boulder, I was very active, and had my share of injuries, but with the benefit of bodywork and exercise they all healed. Today I still lead an active life staying busy walking and hiking with my wife and two cattle dogs, rock climbing mostly in the gym, but I love to go outside , Pilates or yoga classes, disc golf, and building custom wood furniture.
