It helps me to sit by the ocean, soak up the fresh air and relax. I always feel reenergized and happy when I go for a walk in the woods too. Oddly enough, cleaning the apartment helps too. Hope you feel better tomorrow! Even reading your comment makes me feel more relaxed! I also loove to tidy up everything and get rid of clutter that has been gathering. Decluttering actually always helps me if I have anxiety or bad mood, it almost represents a fresh start, and you can just concentrate on something else than your thoughts.
