Bringing more than two decades of experience to his practice, Clint represents both lenders and borrower, with an emphasis on the middle-market business sector and Midwest-based institutions.
He always strives to find the most efficient solutions to resolve problems and move deals towards their closings. Clint handles a wide range of commercial and industrial loans and syndications and advises in asset-based lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities, equipment leasing, and purchase money security arrangements. In addition, he assists clients in all aspects of lending arrangements secured with multiple types of collateral, including loans with real estate components, and also counsels lender clients in bankruptcy, default, workout and forbearance issues.
